Hi, I’m Kristina — the ‘K’ behind Mommy with a K! I’m a Florida-based, remote-working lifestyle blogger, freelance photographer, traveler, writer, bride-to-be, and, most proudly, mommy to my sweet boy, Jace.
Four years ago, I packed up my life in Texas and moved to sunny Florida, chasing new beginnings and a fresh chapter. What I didn’t know then was that my real adventure hadn’t even begun yet.
I spent years figuring out who I was, chasing career goals, sipping iced coffee, and never once imagining myself as a mom. Then I met Stephen — my best friend, my partner, and the love of my life. With him, something in me softened. Suddenly, I could see a life that included more than just me. And when Jace came into our world, everything changed. Now, I truly can’t imagine life without them.
This blog is my love letter to motherhood — the real, raw, beautiful, and chaotic. It’s about finding balance in the mess, embracing the magic in everyday moments, and holding space for you while you pour into others. Whether I’m sharing baby milestones, navigating remote work with a toddler at my feet, planning our beach wedding, or making time for myself (even if it’s just a solo trip to the bathroom — moms, you get it), I want this to feel like a warm, honest space for connection and inspiration.
